EKOBA Inaugurates EBHS Sports Complex Project Committee

The Eko Boys’ High School Old Boys Association, (EKOBA), is pleased to announce the inauguration of the EBHS (Eko Boys’ High School) Sports Complex Project Committee, tasked with ensuring the efficient and transparent execution of the much-anticipated Sports Complex project. This initiative marks a significant step in EKOBA’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the facilities at EBHS and providing students with the best possible environment for both academic and athletic development.

 

Purpose of the Project Committee

The primary purpose of the EBHS Sports Complex Project Committee is to oversee the successful and transparent execution of the Sports Complex project. The committee will operate with a clear mandate to define the scope of work, ensure the timely completion of the project, and uphold the standards of quality and integrity throughout the process.

 

Terms of Reference

The committee’s terms of reference are outlined as follows:

  1. Develop a Comprehensive Scope of Work: The committee will define the detailed scope of the project, covering all necessary aspects of the Sports Complex.
  2. Break the Scope into Manageable Phases: The project will be divided into clearly defined phases to ensure smooth and structured implementation.
  3. Prepare and Distribute a Request for Quote (RFQ): A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared and circulated to Ekorians and qualified contractors to solicit bids for the project.
  4. Establish Bid Evaluation Criteria: Clear and fair criteria will be established to evaluate incoming bids, ensuring transparency in the selection of contractors.
  5. Analyze and Recommend Contractors: The committee will carefully analyze all received bids and recommend qualified contractors for the job.
  6. Oversee Project Execution: From inception to completion, the committee will maintain oversight of the project, ensuring it stays on track and meets all outlined objectives.
