It was a moment of excitement and great joy as members of the Eko Boys’ High School Old Boys association, set of 1974 came together to celebrate their 50th anniversary and reunion.
The celebration which was held on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 at the Rev. W.B Euba Hall, sees the presentation of awards to some members of the set, among whom is the service club President, who is also the EKOBA NVP 2, Ekorian Engr. Tito Ganiyu Nurudeen, Ekorian Olajide Oluga, Ekorian Bode Josiah Badejo, and Ekorian Abayomi Johnson. Also a special appreciation award was given to EKOBA National President, Ekorian Kayode Elliot for EKOBA achievements during his tenure.
The EKOBA National, also gave a posthumous award to the Late Ekorian, Oba Adeyinka Oyekan II, on hand to receive the award was HRM, Oba Mobadenle Oyekan, the Onilado Inagbe of Ìladò, Lagos. He was also the special guest of honour.
Ekorian Olukayode Enitan, SAN, was also given a merit award for delivering the 2nd Rev. Euba Memorial Lecture.
